big bites for after Broadway.

When tourists think of NYC, many envision the bright lights of Times Square shining down on them. The big screens and bustling people make you truly feel like you’ve made it to the major city. 

This area of NYC is filled with activities to entertain you, which is fun but can be quite exhausting. But the good news is, I found the perfect spot to treat yourself after a long day on Broadway: The Counter. 

It’s right off of the main strip, and once you turn the corner you can’t miss the massive sign. Not only is the sign huge, but the entire wall is a clear window. If you don’t catch the smell from outside, the sight of people eating their burgers will definitely make you want a taste. 

I decided to build my own burger. There are so many options to choose from! I couldn’t decide on just one, two or three of the delicious options, so my burger was topped with a smorgasbord of tasty eats. (And don’t forget the side of fries).

The one thing I recommend… try the bison burger. Maybe it is because I am from the Midwest and normally eat cows, but I had never heard of  a bison burger before. Let me tell you, it was worth it and definitely made my mouth water.
